If you take a look at your Magento stores code, you might see the following JavaScript code:

var Translator = new Translate({...}); |
You might ask yourself, if its safe to remove that and what that code does. The code is responsible for translating your forms. Its safe to remove it, if you setup your store with only one language. If thats the case, you can safely remove the above code.
To rmove the code, open app/design/frontend/default/theme/template/page/html/head.php, and remove the following code:
